At Refresh Cosmetics, we firmly believe in maintaining a clear line of communication with our valued clients. As a nurse-consultant-led clinic, we are hands-on in all aspects of our operations – from administering cosmetic treatments to monitoring follow-ups and ensuring a safe, education-based practice within our clinic. We understand that you may have questions or concerns; hence, we make it a priority to respond to your phone calls, emails, and texts as promptly as possible.


Please note, that due to our commitment to quality care and safety, there might be a wait time of 24-72 hours for our response. On holidays and Sundays, our clinic remains closed. For emergencies, patients treated by our clinic may contact us directly. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

  • Complimentary Consultations

    Our complimentary consultations offer a great opportunity for potential clients to meet our medical consultant and nurse. 


    During this consultation, we discuss your treatment goals, answer any questions, and talk about pricing. We request a $25 booking fee for missed consultations.

  • Appointment and Cancellation Policy

    We encourage advanced bookings to secure your preferred date and time. A deposit of $100 is required when booking any treatment. This amount will be deducted from your total bill at checkout.

  • Injection Fee

    A separate fee is applicable for cosmetic injectable treatments that use less than 20 units of toxin. However, this fee is waived if more than 20 units are used. For clients using certificates, please note that all units must be used in one visit.

  • 24-Hour Notice for Cancellation or Changes

    Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a minimum notice of 24 hours. Failure to comply with this policy results in the forfeiture of the $100 deposit. 


    Clients using Certificates as their deposit are subject to this policy, and should the policy not be adhered to 50% of the value of their service(s) will be deducted from the certificate or voucher.

  • Appointment Booking Deposit

    We accept cash, credit, or e-transfer for the $100 deposit. If you opt for an e-transfer, please confirm with us once the transaction is complete. All appointments must be confirmed by us via a message, call, or email.
