We strive to provide a relaxing environment for all our clients and to ensure safety, given the presence of medical aesthetic equipment. Therefore, we recommend arranging childcare during your visit. However, if it’s essential to bring your child, please inform our staff beforehand so we can make any necessary accommodations.

We understand that things come up and schedules change. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Before your treatment, it's important to avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, and any harsh home care treatments like chemical peels at least one week prior. We also recommend staying well-hydrated and informing us about any medications or allergies you have to ensure a safe and effective procedure.
