    Refresh Cosmetics is located at Pearl Street, Burlington, Ontario. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturdays from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Please note we are closed on Sundays for a refresh day for our team!
